Any client arriving 10 minutes after their scheduled natural nail service may be downgraded, subject to availability. All clients receiving artificial services will be denied service if they arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Our goal is to ensure all clients depart on time and receive their full service. We thank you for considering the next client. If you have any issues with your nail services within the first 7 days, pop in to speak with the
front desk for a full refund or a complimentary fix.
