Appointment & Booking Policies

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in, choose a color, and prepare for your service.

• Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.

• Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service charge, payable before the next service.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, don't hesitate to contact us—we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

 

Payments & Gratuity

• We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

• Gratuity is not included in the listed prices and is appreciated for excellent service.

• Prices are subject to change at any time based on product cost and seasonal demand.

 

Nail Fixes & Service Guarantee

• Gel Polish Services: Fixes within 3 days.

• Acrylic/Hard Gel Services: Fixes within 7 days.

• Issues outside these windows may incur a small repair fee.

• Breakage due to personal activities or misuse is not considered a service error.

 

Atmosphere & Spa Etiquette

• Please silence your devices upon entering.

• Avoid speakerphone or loud conversations.

• Beverages are permitted—no meals or strong-smelling food.

• Only the client receiving the service may be seated in the service area.

• Children are welcome only with an appointment and must be supervised.

 

Nail Art, Length, and Special Requests

• Please send inspiration photos in advance for complex designs.

• Additional time may be required, and we will confirm pricing during the consultation.

• Extra-long nails, specialty shapes, or detailed art incur additional charges.

 

Product Sensitivity & Allergies

• Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before booking.

• We will guide you toward the safest service option based on your needs.

 

Privacy & Personal Data

• We use client information solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

• No bank card information is saved in our system

 

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred.

• Gift Cards must be used by the expiration date unless otherwise discussed.

Disclaimer

Orchid Nail Spa management and staff have full authority to refuse or block any customers. 

This may occur, but is NOT limited to the following:

• Continued abuse of no-shows

• Non-payment

• Consistent Late arrivals

• Misconduct or disrespect towards employees

• any conflicts or altercations with staff or other clients
