Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your service.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a full-service charge before the next service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee.

No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, don't hesitate to get in touch with us — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Payments & Gratuity

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Gratuity is not included in the listed prices and is appreciated for excellent service.

Prices are subject to change at any time based on product cost and seasonal demand.
Nail Fixes & Service Guarantee

Gel Polish Services: Fixes within 3 days.

Acrylic/Hard Gel Services: Fixes within 7 days.

Issues outside these windows may incur a small repair fee.

Breakage due to personal activities or misuse is not considered a service error.
Atmosphere & Spa Etiquette

Please silence your devices upon entering.

Avoid speakerphone or loud conversations.

Beverages are permitted—no meals or strong-smelling food.

Only the client receiving the service may be seated in the service area.

Children are welcome only with an appointment and must be supervised.
Nail Art, Length, and Special Requests

Please send inspiration photos in advance for complex designs.

Additional time may be required, and pricing will be confirmed during consultation.

Extra-long nails, specialty shapes, or detailed art incur additional charges.

Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred.
